Tariffs & Bookings
To make a booking, or just to check availability, click on BOOK ONLINE AT LAVENDER LODGE B & B - this will take you straight into our online booking facility, where you can make a secure and fully-confirmed booking.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. (Sorry, but we do not accept Diners Club cards.) We also accept electronic bank transfer or cheque.
Room rates
- Double En Suite (2 people per room) - from £70.00
- Triple En Suite (3 people per room) - from £95.00
- Family En Suite (3 people per room) - from £95.00
- Family En Suite (4 people per room) – from £120.00
- Single Occupancy of double room – from £50.00
Room rate includes:
- Bed and Breakfast (full cooked breakfast)
- In the room – tea, coffee, herbal & fruit teas, hot chocolate, mineral water, biscuits.
- In the Bathroom - luxury toiletries and plenty of large fluffy towels.
Booking
We ask for a card number (credit or debit card) to secure the room. We do not charge your card at the time of booking, either for the full amount or for a deposit, but we will validate it.
Unlike many establishments, we do not operate an overbooking policy. We treat your booking as a contract, and will make sure that the room you book is available for you when you arrive.
Cancellation
In the event that you book accommodation but do not arrive at Lavender Lodge, your credit or debit card will be charged in full, unless we are able to re-let the room(s) at no additional cost. This charge will also apply if you cancel your booking within 48 hours of the date of the accommodation you have booked.
If you cancel between 7 and 2 days of the date of the accommodation you have booked, a charge of 50% of the total cost of the accommodation will be charged, in the event that we are unable to re-let the room(s) at no additional cost.
Payment:
We prefer payment by cheque, cash or electronic bank transfer. We also accept payment by all major credit cards ( excluding Diners Club).
Other information:
Check-in is normally between 4pm and 7 pm. We request that guests vacate their rooms by 10am on their day of departure. If you would like to arrive or depart outside of these times, please check with us before booking. Also, it helps if could you let us know your estimated time of arrival at the time of booking.
We are closed for Christmas and New Year. We close on December 21st and reopen on the first Monday in January.
